Garages
A garage is more than a place to park a car. It’s a multifunctional room that can serve as a workshop, storage area, home gym, hobby space, or even a finished living area. Because garages see heavy use, they require durable, low-maintenance finishes and smart organization to stay functional and safe.
Basements
Epoxy floors are an excellent choice for basements because they combine durability, moisture resistance, easy maintenance, and aesthetic improvement—qualities that address the common challenges basements face.
Porches
Epoxy is an excellent choice for porch surfaces because it combines durability, protection, and ease of maintenance while improving appearance. Key reasons epoxy is well-suited for porches:

Epoxy Floor Coatings for Every Space

Flake

Flake systems incorporate decorative vinyl chips into the epoxy to create a textured, multi-toned finish. This option is highly durable, slip-resistant, and great at hiding imperfections, making it a top choice for garages, basements, and light commercial spaces.

Metallic

Metallic epoxy creates a high-gloss, fluid appearance with unique, marble-like effects. It’s a more decorative, eye-catching option often used in showrooms, retail spaces, offices, and modern residential interiors where visual impact is a priority

Quartz

Quartz systems blend colored quartz granules with epoxy to form a highly durable, slip-resistant surface. Designed for heavy use and safety, this flooring is commonly installed in commercial and industrial settings like locker rooms, kitchens, healthcare facilities, and warehouses.

Treating Every Floor Like It Is My Own

Every epoxy floor I install is a precision project — nothing is left to chance. I start with a full assessment and concrete moisture test, then diamond-grind the slab to expose fresh, clean aggregate and create the perfect profile for adhesion. Cracks and saw joints are meticulously routed, bonded, and reinforced; gouges are filled with color-matched, high-strength patch; every transition is shaved and feathered for a seamless look. Surface contaminants are removed with mechanical grinding and industrial vacuums.

Mix ratios are measured to the ounce, temperatures and humidity monitored continuously, and pot life respected to the minute so the chemistry cures exactly as intended. Broadcasts of flakes are applied in carefully controlled passes for uniform coverage and consistent depth; drop schedules are calibrated so no seam or overlap betrays the pattern. Topcoats are rolled in precise cross-hatch techniques, leaving a seamless coating across the entire floor.
